Tokens Terms (Prepaid Gift Balance)

These Tokens Terms govern FansPulse Tokens, a prepaid balance used only to send Virtual Gifts. FansPulse is operated by Sports Gold Guard LLC, a Nevada limited liability company with its principal place of business in Las Vegas, Nevada, doing business as FansPulse. They supplement the Terms of Use and the Virtual Gifts Terms.

1. What Tokens are

Tokens are a closed-loop prepaid balance. A Token can only activate a FansPulse Virtual Gift. One Token is worth $0.01, and FansPulse shows the dollar equivalent next to every Token amount and every Gift price. You must be 18 or older to buy Tokens.

2. Limits on Tokens

Tokens cannot be transferred, resold, withdrawn, exchanged, redeemed for money, or used with any outside merchant. Creators never receive Tokens; a creator's reward is a dollar amount paid by FansPulse under the Creator Monetization and Payout Policy. Tokens do not expire and carry no inactivity fee. FansPulse does not use automatic recharge.

3. Buying Tokens

Tokens are sold in packages at fixed dollar prices shown before purchase. Larger packages may include additional bonus Tokens. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing location. A purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to that store's terms. Your Token balance and history are shown in Settings.

4. Balance controls

FansPulse caps the maximum stored Token balance and may apply daily load and spending limits, default limits on new accounts or newly added payment methods, and fraud or velocity holds.

5. Refunds

Unused Tokens may be refundable under the Refund and Unauthorized Purchase Policy and applicable law. Tokens already spent on a displayed Gift are consumed and are handled under that Policy. Where state law requires cash redemption of a low remaining balance, FansPulse will honor it. [counsel: confirm state low-balance cash-redemption thresholds]

6. Unused balances

An unused Token balance is a liability of FansPulse until it is spent, refunded, or recognized under applicable accounting and unclaimed-property rules. FansPulse tracks the purchaser's residence for that analysis. A balance with no known owner address is subject to the unclaimed-property rules of FansPulse's state of formation, Nevada.
